Initial Consultation:
It is really important that you feel totally comfortable and confident with the therapy and the therapist that you choose to work with. For this reason, I offer a free initial consultation via phone, skype or at my practice in Southfields, as it allows you to discuss your requirements, ask any questions about the therapy and understand how it all works.
Therapy Sessions:
£65.00 per session – 75mins
Generally, phobias, habit reversal, weight loss, confidence building and de-stressing will require 3 – 4 sessions. More complex issues, such as depression and generalised anxiety disorder may require up to 6 sessions. However each individual responds uniquely to treatment, and ultimately it will be your decision to choose a treatment plan that meets your needs.

You may notice that I offer lengthier sessions than most therapists. I find the longer the session, the more in-depth, comprehensive, and interactive it is. Such in depth hypnosis sessions allow time to really explore the presenting problem or issue, without feeling rushed. We can accomplish more in each session, and there is always plenty of time for you to provide me with feedback on your progress and ask any questions you may have. Of course it also means that your goal will be reached that much quicker, and with less outlay – 4 sessions at Lynn Ward Hypnotherapy offers the same therapeutic time as 5 sessions with practitioners who offer standard 1hour appointments.
I aim to be as flexible as I can regarding my availability, and work most weekends and evenings at no additional charge, so that I can see my clients when it is convenient for them.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes appointments may have to be postponed or cancelled for various reasons but if you are unable to attend your appointment please aim to give me 24 hours notice so that I can offer your session to someone else. I reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
